Someday I Won't Suck is the comic blog of Emily Armstrong, a 25 year old creative individual living in what is fondly thought of as the Brooklyn of upstate New York. She lives with a cat and some chickens and in her more "proper" art practice, she encourages people to live more sustainably by learning how to and actively making things by hand.
Emily enjoys making videos, embroidery, bike riding and printmaking. She received her BS in Art Education from The College Of St. Rose in 2007 and her MFA in Interdisciplinary Art from Goddard College in 2010. In August of 2010 she took a summer course at the Center for Cartoon Studies and was better able to structure what she was doing with this blog.
Emily maintains a community garden plot and is rather fond of libraries.
